Seeking Help

When do you know that you need to seek help? When you are so overwhelmed by your stress that it stops you from doing things you want or need, that's when your stress is unhealthy and you may need help.

Sometimes, you may also notice your friend struggling to cope with stress, but they themselves may not even realize that. At that time, look out for your friends. Start a conversation like "I have noticed a change in your mood" or "I'm worried for you" to let your friend know that you are there for them and ready to listen.
